WOW - you guys turned toe tapping conservative Scots Christians, into jumping mad folk for the Lord. I was there by myself as my mates were the organisers, and felt so in tune with the music. brill. Hope to see you again.

Tjae, You told me to write so the first spare minute i had i came onto the site and started typing. I get the impression that you really enjoy doing what you do and that adds to the atmosphere. If you just sang so that you could make money the music wouldn't have the same feel to it. The music is special because it's so free and spiritual. It was the first time i've seen you perform of for that matter and gospel choir (except the "USwithch" adverts  ) and God willing it won't be the last.
Thank you so much, you have opened my eyes. :-//

We had the pleasure of seeing you at The Regent Centre in Christchurch last night and it was one amazing concert. You all really sang your hearts out and the choice of songs was very good as I/m sure it appealed to all age groups. Unusual to see an audience up on its feet singing after a couple of songs but you certainly had us all singing and clapping along. PLEASE return soon .......
PS It was very nice of you all to come down and wish us well on our journey home and give us - the audience chance to shake your hands and wish you all well.

My Mum and I saw you in the Regents Centre Christchurch Last night.
We had a wonderful time, the choir was amazing, really uplifting.
Wendi Rose the choir director really got the audience involved and had great stage presence, it seems that the choir enjoys performing as much as we enjoyed watching them.
We will definitely come and see you again if you return

Hey LCGC! I was browsing through the Christian Bookstore here in Melbourne when I came across one gospel CD that I haven't seen before - it was your 21st anniversary album. I haven't even heard of you guys before. But when I asked to try and listen to the CD in the store, even during the first song, I said to myself, "This is a must-have!" I just have to say that it's one of the greatest Praise and Worship CD I have. It's been playing over and over on my iTunes. And everytime I listen to it, I just have to sing the songs with the choir. Just amazing! I hope you guys could come and visit (and perform!) here in Melbourne! See ya soon hopefully! =D To all the choir members: Cherish the gifts God has given you, and continue to let the light of the Lord shine across the globe, y'all! Each of you are indeed a blessed child of God, and I pray that God's will be done in each of your life! Keep singing in one voice, in one heart and in one Spirit! =)
God bless you all! - Andrew

:-D Hello LCGC,
Thanks so much for being British Gospel Arts' guest at the Winter Term 2008 workshop concert. Didn't expect to see so many of you, so that was a special treat for me... and the sound, the blend, the spirit...was marvellous!! I know it meant a lot to the students to have you there supporting them and listening to their own achievements... I think the highlights were the Beginners on O Lord How Excellent conducted by Ezra Russell and LCGC on He's Alive conducted by Wendi Rose. Thanks again.... come again please.

Dear All
I went along to the Wolsey in Ipswich and had another fantastic and uplifting evening. One of the songs you sang was My Change Will Come which I couldn't see on the cd's on your website. My dad really loves this paticular song and I would love to get a cd with this on for his birthday next month. Could you tell me if it is available as a single or on one of your cd's. Thanks again for a great night.
Best wishes Fiona.

Well what can we say......totally awesome performances all night.
We booked our tickets well in advance after hearing some great reviews on your previous visit to Ipswich.....& we were definately not disappointed. We came away with much to talk about & thoroughly enjoyed our night. It was great to see that all involved were having such a great time amongst themselves, & by getting the audience to regularly participate just added to the atmosphere.

Hope to see you again some time soon,

Rach & Paul.x

Dear Choir Members,
Last night we came to see you perform at the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich. We all thought it was phenomenal and had a fantastic evening. We have all promised each other that the next time you guys are in town we will all come again as a family. You are an amazing choir but the people who sung induvidually were spell-binding.
Kindest Regards,

Fri, 21 March 2008 22:34:29 +0000

Hi guys just to say that I came to see you for the first time last night (Maundy Thursday) and I was blown away. What a fantastic night and I came away feeling lifted and blessed. You not only sounded brilliant you all looked so enthusiastic and energised and you could see that you love the Lord and this showed in your whole performance. The youth leader from our church who is over in the UK from Uganda for a year was just overwhelmed by the evening and sang along (she has a great voice) to all the songs she knew and has heard you sing on the cds she has. I know she will remember the evening for a long, long time. I was surprised as I know some gospel choirs don't always wave the banner of Christianity and don't include, or include very little of the Christian message so I wasn't sure beforehand what you would do.....but hallelujah you didn't disappoint.....So thank you for staying true to what you say and what you sing. You are a blessing. I pray that God will continue to use each and everyone of you for his glory and to further his kingdom. Your God given gifts are so special and I am so glad that I was able to hear them and be part of such a wonderful evening. Thank you and God Bless....Love Sharon xxxx

Last night at Theatre Royal was a truly moving experience. I am up in the late hours readying myself for events tomorrow while meditating to my cd of lcgc. The experience was second to none. I would like to tell you how much the concert in Bury meant to myself and my Mum. We have had a rotten year with 3 deaths in the family, illness and other stuff so we were at rock bottom. I say were because what last nights concert did was to give us hope. I saw my Mum moved in a way that I had never seen. She was literally uplifted by the lcgc experience. I felt so happy and believe me that has not happened for a very long time. So, I want to say thankyou, thankyou for your music, thankyou for the lcgc experience and thankyou for making me and my family so loved. I dont know how you do it but it is actually something that you can almost reach out and touch. Believe me if you can get the people in Bury to stand up and clap you are very blessed! We are VERY reserved here!!!! Come back!!! I see Ipswich is sold out but I would come again!! I have also decided to take singing lessons as I can sing a bit- I think it would be something for me to express myself and my soul needs it!!! We sat next to a friend of Claires last night and she was so excited!!! A throughly marvellous experience. Thankyou so much! Its my 50th next year so I hope to come along for a day if I dare!! Love and blessings to all of you. THANKYOUXXXXXXXX Carolyn

:) I have just been to a performance at the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds. Very exciting and some wonderful moments but MUCH TOO LOUD - several people round me found it quite a distressing level of sound for some of the time. If you don't want to turn the amplification down, perhaps you would consider selling earplugs for people who think they may have a problem. For myself I would like to hear you without amplification at all. My favourite number was the encore - Jesus lives - but this was a case for earplugs for me.

I enjoyed the show this evening. I thought the soloists were very confident, but the person that really caught my eye was Wendy and the way that she conducted the group. Very well done to everyone

Hi guys

I saw your concert tonight at Wakefield Opera House (21/2/8) and have to say how fantastic it was. It is hard to believe the sound that you achieve with a piano and 12 voices!

Your music, excited me, moved me and brought me closer to Jesus all at the same time. God bless.
